    • c. lodge a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  1. Personal data shall be processed only as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the data have been provided, within the timeframe related to accounting and tax obligations, resulting in particular from accounting regulations. In case of financial claims, personal data shall be processed until the expiration of such claims in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. The Data Controller ensures that the data provided are properly protected, especially against unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
  3. Personal data may be disclosed only to the authorised entities on the basis of legal provisions.
  4. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. All the changes shall be immediately available on the Website.
